WHEN WILL I GET MY TICKETS?

Tickets may be received up to seven days before the event.

International delivery takes longer than domestic delivery, therefore as much time as possible should be left for the tickets to be received.  
 
For all purchases with the booking reference number format 1234567891 (10 digits), your order is with Eventim UK

Please log on to My Eventim to view your past and current bookings, update your subscriptions and edit your details.
 
ticketdirect: At the end of the purchase process, you will be directed to click on a link to open up your ticketdirect tickets. From this page you can print your tickets that you will need to take with you to the event. You can also retrieve your ticketdirect order through My Eventim and reprint it if necessary. N.B. These tickets carry a barcode that can only be used once at the venue.

If you are a subscriber to My Ticketmaster you can view your bookings, update your subscriptions and edit your billing information for future bookings.
 
E-Tickets: To pick them up online, simply log in to My Ticketmaster and click the View & Print Tickets button on the Order Detail page to print your tickets. All you'll need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. or higher. If you do not have it, download it now. It's free.

Live Nation Experience VIP tickets
 
We aim to despatch all packages two weeks before the show, but in some cases due to late delivery of tickets from a concert venue, tickets will not be despatched until closer to the event. We are not always able to be specific with exact delivery dates so please allow as much time as possible for your packages to arrive before contacting us.
 
Your tickets will be sent out using first class mail, though on some occasions packages including merchandise will be sent to you by Special Delivery. Special Delivery travels with first class mail but requires a signature upon receipt and usually arrives the next day.
 
If your package has not arrived three days before the event please contact use the ask a question function above. Please include your order number and the full name that the booking was made under. We will investigate the situation and where possible arrange for you to collect duplicate tickets and package information at the venue box office.
