Sydney rock band Expatriate are set to follow on from a successful 2009 European campaign and Winter tour as main support for alternative heavy weights Placebo, with an exciting 2010.

After a string of headline shows in Germany in January, Expatriate are delighted to have been confirmed as support to one of their favourite bands, Pearl Jam. Having already established themselves in their homeland Australia and toured with Silverchair, Powderfinger and at The Big Day Out festival, their debut album In The Midst Of This was released in the UK in March 2010.

The band have received a lot of attention from the UK media who have likened them to all things from U2, Interpol, Editors, Killers to INXS and Echo And The Bunnymen - but all agree the band have catchy, anthemic and epic songs with big stadium potential.
